Delivery and Risk of Loss
All orders are deemed delivered when confirmed by the shipping carrier. Once a package has been transferred to the carrier and marked as delivered, Ruthie Davis is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected packages. Customers are responsible for contacting the carrier directly to resolve any delivery issues.

Chargebacks and Fraud Protection
By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issue prior to initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to seek resolution may be considered a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback with all available evidence, including proof of delivery, customer communications, and order verification data.
