We provide tracking information immediately upon shipment. Please contact UPS directly if there is an issue with delivery.  Once we're finished preparing your order, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. You need to track your order and make sure you have a safe place for your package to be delivered. Once we hand your package over to UPS, we are no longer liable for a stolen or missing package - UPS is responsible. Your order will be shipped via standard shipping unless you select an alternative. Upon shipment, most orders are received within 7 business days.

UNITED STATES

• Free Standard Shipping (UPS Ground, 5–7 business days) on orders $498+.
• Standard Shipping: $28 for orders under $498.

• Orders placed after 1 PM EST will ship the next business day.

CANADA

• Standard Shipping: $50 USD (7+ business days).
• Duties/taxes are paid by the recipient prior to receipt of goods.
• Express Shipping (UPS 2–3 business days): $75.
• Free Shipping on orders $520 and up.

INTERNATIONAL

• Standard Shipping: $100 USD (7+ business days).
• Ouside of EU, Worldwide Shipping: $120 (7-10+ business days).
• Duties/taxes are paid by the recipient prior to receipt of goods in your country.
• Once shipped overseas, packages are the customer’s responsibility. Refused or return to sender deliveries are non-refundable.
• Free Shipping on orders $999 and up.

TAXES & DUTIES

• All international orders may be subject to customs, taxes, and import fees—these are the customer’s responsibility, even if delivery is refused. Do not order if you do not want to pay your Country's tax.
• Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery. Taxes and fees are based on many factors, including location, material, item value, etc. The amount of taxes due is determined solely by the government. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). 
• If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by RUTHIE DAVIS.
• Contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes.
• Some countries may require COD fees paid directly to the carrier.
• Contact your local customs office for details. In the EU, duties/taxes can be 30%+ of declared value.

PROCESSING

• Most orders ship within 1 business day (excluding Sundays/holidays).
• Express orders placed after 1 PM EST will ship the next business day.
• Tracking is provided to you upon shipment. Please contact UPS directly for delivery issues, and email us for order concerns.

**Shipping Responsibility Notice

When you place an order on RuthieDavis.com, you are entering into a transaction that involves two parties: (1) Ruthie Davis, responsible for properly preparing and handing your package to UPS, and (2) UPS, responsible for delivering the package to you.

Once your package is transferred to UPS, it becomes their responsibility to complete the delivery. While we are happy to assist in troubleshooting from our side, please understand that the receiver must contact UPS directly regarding any customs, import, or delivery issues, as we do not control or operate UPS.

ELIGIBILITY

• Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt for a full refund to the original payment method on full-priced items and items discounted up to 30%. Items discounted or purchased with a code over 30% off are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
• Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all packaging in pristine condition (box, shoe bag, tags, stuffing back into shoes). Damaged or incomplete returns will be sent back.
• Initiate returns by emailing ruthiedavissales@gmail.com. Once approved, we’ll provide a return label.

RETURN SHIPPING FEE

• $20 will be deducted from your refund/store credit.

DISCOUNTED ITEMS

• Items discounted or purchased with a code over 30% off: exchange or store credit only.
• Items discounted 60% off or more: final sale, no returns, no exchanges.
• $100 priced heels can not be further discounted.
• No price adjustments after purchase. If shoes go on sale after you purchase, we will not adjust your price.

PROCESSING REFUNDS/STORE CREDIT

• Issued within 5–7 business days of receiving the return. Shipping charges, gift cards, and store credit are non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

• Customer is responsible for return shipping and any reverse duties. No exchanges on international orders.
