PLEASE NOTE: Ruthie Davis® does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

United States:

  • Free Standard Shipping (UPS Ground – 5-7 business days) on any order over $300
  • Standard Shipping (UPS Ground – 5-7 business days) – $15.00 on any order under $300
  • Express Shipping (UPS – 2-3 business days) – $30.00 on any order
  • Overnight Shipping (UPS 1-2 business days) – $50 on any order

Canada :

  • Standard Shipping — $50.00 USD (7+ business days)
  • Applicable Duty/Taxes Paid by Recipient

International :

  • Standard Shipping — $150.00 USD (7+ business days)
  • Applicable Duty/Taxes Paid by Recipient

Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays). Express and Overnight Delivery orders placed after 1 pm EST will not ship until the next business day. Some orders will take 24-48 hours to process.

NOTE: Ruthie Davis® is not responsible if your order is not delivered properly or received by you properly by UPS (our carrier of choice). We provide tracking information immediately upon shipment – and you must choose the additional “SIGNATURE REQUIRED” shipping upon checkout for further guarantee of delivery. Please contact us DIRECTLY if you have an issue with delivery – please do not contact your bank or payment method first.

Once we’re finished preparing your order, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. Information about any backordered items will be included in this email. Your order will be shipped via standard shipping unless you select an alternative. Upon shipment, most orders are received within 7 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return your purchase by mail within 10 days of receipt and receive a full refund to your original form of payment on full-priced items.

Shoes must be in original condition: unworn, with all shoe stuffing replaced as when arrived, and must be returned in the original undamaged box and/or packaging including shoe bag and tags. Original outer packaging is considered part of the product. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be credited toward your return.

Boxes that arrived damaged will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.

PLEASE NOTE: Returns on sale items can be for exchange or store credit only.

FINAL SALE NOTICE: Any items reduced by 60% or more are considered FINAL SALE and are not returnable or refundable.

Please note we are unable to accept returns from other retail locations and other websites.

We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper such as UPS, Federal Express, and USPS Priority Mail so that you can track your package.

Store credit will be issued within 3 to 5 business days upon receiving the original items. All shipping and handling charges, gift cards and store credit are nonrefundable. 

RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

Before you start a return, please email ruthiedavissales@gmail.com so that we can verify your return or exchange is valid and complies with our policies. Complete the form included with your order.

Return packages must be postmarked no later than 14 days from original purchase. Any longer than 14 days will result in forfeiture of the return and refusal of the package. Store credit for returns will be issued within 3 to 5 business days upon receiving the original items. All shipping and handling charges, gift cards and store credit are nonrefundable.
