If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return your purchase by mail within 10 days of receipt and receive a full refund to your original form of payment on full-priced items. All shoes must be returned new, in their original condition and in their original, undamaged shoebox and original outer packaging as this is considered part of the product. PLEASE NOTE: Returns on sale items can be for exchange or store credit only. FINAL SALE NOTICE: Any items reduced by 60% or more are considered FINAL SALE and are not returnable or refundable. Store credit will be issued within 3 to 5 business days upon receiving the original items. All shipping and handling charges, gift cards and store credit are nonrefundable. Please note we are unable to accept returns from other retail locations and other websites. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper such as UPS, Federal Express, and USPS Priority Mail so that you can track your package.
