If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return your purchase by mail within 10 days of receipt and receive a full refund to your original form of payment.

All shoes must be returned new, in their original condition and in their original, undamaged shoebox and original outer packaging as this is considered part of the product.

PLEASE NOTE: Returns on sale items can be for exchange or store credit only.

Please note we are unable to accept returns from other retail locations and other websites.

We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper such as UPS, Federal Express, and USPS Priority Mail so that you can track your package.

RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

Complete the form included with your order.  Mail your return to:

Return packages must be postmarked no later than 14 days from original purchase. Any longer than 14 days will result in forfeiture of the return and refusal of the package.
